Help Clients Understand What Their Body and Emotions Are Trying to Communicate
Become certified in Integrative Regression Method™, a gentle, structured session method for practitioners who want to help clients move beyond surface-level conversation and into deeper emotional clarity, body awareness, and integration.
Integrative Regression Method™ helps clients explore what is happening beneath the surface of stress, emotional overwhelm, repeating patterns, and inner disconnection.
Instead of asking clients to “figure it all out” with their mind, IRM helps them notice what their body, emotions, and subconscious responses are already showing them.
The client stays aware and in control throughout the session. The practitioner follows a clear process that supports emotional understanding, body-based awareness, and gentle integration without forcing memory recall or deep trance.
IRM gives practitioners a way to guide deeper sessions without guessing, over-talking, or pushing the client too far.
The method blends:
Body-based awareness
Subconscious communication
Emotional observation
Intuitive guidance
Gentle regression-style exploration
Integration and completion
This gives practitioners a repeatable session flow while still allowing each client’s experience to unfold naturally.
What Problems Does IRM Help Practitioners Work With?
Clients often come to sessions saying things like:
“I feel stuck.”
“I know what I should do, but I cannot seem to shift it.”
“My body reacts before I can stop it.”
“I feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected.”
“I keep repeating the same pattern.”
“I do not know why this still bothers me.”
“I feel like something is blocked, but I cannot explain what it is.”
IRM gives practitioners a way to help clients explore those deeper patterns through the body, emotions, and subconscious mind.
This helps the client gain clarity, understand what their system is responding to, and begin integrating what is ready to shift.

A simple practice log is submitted to receive your certificate.
6. What makes IRM different from other regression or somatic methods?
IRM is a non-clinical, gentle, somatic-first method that focuses on emotional integration and identity recognition — not trauma reenactment or deep trance.
It is safe, structured, intuitive, and repeatable.
7. Is IRM safe for clients who have trauma?
IRM is trauma-aware, meaning it keeps clients within somatic safety zones and avoids re-experiencing traumatic events.
Practitioners are trained to follow sensation, not story — creating a safe experience for most clients.
(IRM is not a replacement for therapy.)

Because all content is delivered Live or digitally and recordings are available, all sales are final.
If you cannot attend live, you will receive full access to recordings and can still complete certification.

Yes. Certified practitioners may choose to be listed in the IRM Practitioner Directory (coming soon).

Absolutely. Coaches, healers, intuitives, and somatic practitioners integrate IRM into their existing work to deepen client breakthroughs and increase session impact.
14. Is IRM religious or spiritual?
IRM is spiritually inclusive and grounded in somatic principles.
It works with the inner experience, intuition, and identity — but does not require belief in any specific spiritual system.
