IRM Level 1 Certification (2-Day Live Online Training) IRM Level 1 is a live, practitioner-focused certification training for coaches, healers, and facilitators who want to learn the IRM container: a structured, repeatable method for working with present-moment sensation, paced nervous system release, and subconscious imagery—without trauma processing. This level is about structure and safety. You will learn how to guide a client through a clear session flow, use containment tools when intensity rises, and close in a way that supports integration over time. The goal is not to “push” breakthroughs—it’s to build the foundation that makes the work ethical, regulated, and repeatable. What you’ll learn The IRM Level 1 session structure (a step-by-step container you can repeat) Nervous system pacing (titration, resourcing, stabilization) Containment tools (working with shape/size/color and intensity scaling) Practitioner language that supports safety and reduces overwhelm Practice guidelines and ethical scope for Level 1 facilitation Format 2-day live training on Zoom February 21 & 28, 2026 10am-2pm est Instruction, demonstration, and guided practice Breakout practice on Day 2 (if applicable) Who this is for Coaches, healers, and practitioners who want a structured method and a clear scope of practice for nervous-system-informed facilitation. This training is educational and is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or trauma processing. We practice with low-stakes topics and prioritize safety.
