About the event
Integrative Regression Method™ (IRM) Level 1 Certification is a live online training for coaches, healers, and practitioners who want a structured, repeatable method for working with the nervous system through present-moment sensation, subconscious imagery, and paced integration.
Level 1 is about learning the container: how to open safely, guide the process, contain intensity, and close with integration—without pushing into trauma processing. You will learn a clear session flow, ethical boundaries, and a practice framework designed for responsible facilitation.
In this training, you will learn:
The IRM Level 1 session structure (open → observe → contain → integrate → close)
Nervous system pacing (titration, resourcing, and regulation tools)
How to work with sensation using shape/size/color for containment and recall
