Meet Your Instructor
I’m Kelli Murphy-Cohen, and most of my work began with one simple question: what is really going on underneath this?
I have never been interested in surface-level answers. I tend to notice what is not being said, what keeps repeating, and where someone feels stuck even when they understand the situation logically. That way of seeing people and listening closely became the foundation for the work I do today.
I am the creator of the Integrative Regression Method, founder of the IRM Institute, and owner of KMC Creative Enterprises, LLC. I work with clients, train practitioners, write, teach, and continue building ideas that do not always fit neatly into one box.
My approach is intuitive, direct, and practical. I believe people need room to be honest without feeling judged, analyzed, or talked over. I also believe real change happens when we stop forcing an answer and pay attention to what the body, emotions, and repeated reactions have been trying to show us.
I am also the author of The Thrum of Earth, a novel that grew from many of the same things that shape my work: intuition, connection, unseen forces, and the feeling that there is always more happening beneath the surface than we first realize.
Whether I am working with a client, teaching a practitioner, or writing a story, I am always looking for the deeper thread and helping bring it into view.

You will be certified to begin offering IRM sessions upon completion of your practice requirements.

You may practice with classmates, volunteers, or existing clients.
A simple practice log is submitted to receive your certificate.
6. What makes IRM different from other regression or somatic methods?
IRM is a non-clinical, gentle, somatic-first method that focuses on emotional integration and identity recognition — not trauma reenactment or deep trance.
It is safe, structured, intuitive, and repeatable.
7. Is IRM safe for clients who have trauma?
IRM is trauma-aware, meaning it keeps clients within somatic safety zones and avoids re-experiencing traumatic events.
Practitioners are trained to follow sensation, not story — creating a safe experience for most clients.
(IRM is not a replacement for therapy.)
8. How do I get my certificate?

After certification, you may enroll in Level 2 (Advanced), Level 3 (Quantum), and Level 4 (Master).
Many students choose to complete the full pathway.

Because all content is delivered Live or digitally and recordings are available, all sales are final.
If you cannot attend live, you will receive full access to recordings and can still complete certification.
12. Will I be listed as a practitioner on the IRM website?
Yes. Certified practitioners may choose to be listed in the IRM Practitioner Directory (coming soon).
This helps clients find you and validates your certification publicly.
13. Can I use IRM with my existing clients?
Absolutely. Coaches, healers, intuitives, and somatic practitioners integrate IRM into their existing work to deepen client breakthroughs and increase session impact.
14. Is IRM religious or spiritual?
IRM is spiritually inclusive and grounded in somatic principles.
It works with the inner experience, intuition, and identity — but does not require belief in any specific spiritual system.
