Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. This policy protects the practitioner’s time and energy. For IRM Certification Courses- All sales are final due to the digital nature of the materials and recordings. If you are unable to attend live, recordings will be provided and you may still complete certification through practice submissions.
